AbbVie is seeking a senior leader in Oncology Market Access to drive payer strategy and access readiness across brands. You will translate payer realities into actionable plans and partner with brand, finance, and external agencies to support launch execution and sustained performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in marketing or market access, with experience supporting HCP-administered assets and a strong grasp of Medicare/FS utilization dynamics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required to enable this individual to demonstrate an appropriate level of business acumen and the ability to process scientific information.
• Master’s Degree preferred for advanced market access leadership capabilities.
• 5-7 years of marketing or market access experience required.
• Experience supporting HCP-administered assets and knowledge of Medicare/medical benefit dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor payer policy landscape and produce updates with market access analytics teams.
• Track activation and launch-readiness metrics and report to leadership.
• Represent Market Access in cross-functional brand governance forums and planning meetings.
• Lead cross-functional access forums to identify and resolve access challenges.
• Support channel-specific strategies with brand and market access leadership.
