Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of related industry experience in marketing/sales analytics.
• Technical skills including SQL, Python, Power BI; familiarity with Dataiku.
• Strong storytelling skills; ability to distill complex information into concise messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insights on a key oncology brand and/or new launches that influence market access strategy through data analytics, customer insights and business knowledge.
• Co-develop with U.S. Market Access commercial leaders, innovative contracting strategies to achieve optimal access and maximize net sales.
• Identify market dynamics that shape brand demand and build models to portray risks, opportunities, and sensitivities.
• Leverage data science and U.S. healthcare knowledge to address opportunities and threats.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and align insights with Brand analytics partners.
• Lead the delivery of market access insights to drive data-driven decision making.
