Texas Oncology in Fort Worth is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our oncology team. This full-time role supports the Fort Worth Cancer Center, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, no weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities include counseling, psychosocial assessments, care coordination, and education of staff. Requires Texas LCSW licensure and CSWE-accredited MSW; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited).
• Licensure as a Texas LCSW is required.
• 3–5 years of clinical social work experience in healthcare preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat psychosocial needs related to cancer care.
• Collaborate with medical team and coordinate care planning.
• Document interventions in EMR accurately and timely.
• Support distress screening, advance care planning, and end-of-life conversations.
• Develop and lead support groups and educate staff on psychosocial care.
