Job summary

Endeavor Health, Naperville, IL, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Infusion Clinic to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a BSN, 1 year RN experience (oncology/infusion preferred), IL RN licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Employment is full-time with varied shifts and occasional travel to Plainfield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 1 year of RN experience required; oncology/infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• OCN/ONS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes, revises diagnoses and plans as needed.
• Provides patient assessments and collects health data involving patient, family and health care providers.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family; documents health data and nursing interventions.
• Assists in injection of contrast, venipuncture, IV management, and basic care activities.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and nursing research.
