Confluence Health is seeking an Infusion Therapy RN to provide holistic care to oncology and non-oncology patients receiving chemotherapy, biologic therapy, blood products, and fluids in the infusion suite. The role emphasizes care coordination with the healthcare team, patient education, and adherence to safety protocols.

The position reports to Clinical Practice Manager and requires active WA RN licensure, BLS, and chemotherapy certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88).
• Current BLS Health Provider card and renewal every two years.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within the first year of employment.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on department needs.
• IV/Central Line experience and Oncology experience are desired.
• OCN certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide infusion and comprehensive nursing care to oncology and non-oncology patients.
• Perform nursing assessment prior to and during each infusion per center policy.
• Administer chemotherapy, biologic therapy, blood products and other infusions as ordered.
• Educate patient and family on treatments, side effects and symptom management.
• Maintain IV/CVAD skills and follow relevant guidelines (ONS/INS).
