Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Oregon required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Chemo/Biotherapy certification within 6 months of hire.
• Oncology CEUs required for CoC/NAPBC accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Calculate dosages and administer medications per policy.
• Document all patient care accurately per regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams.
• Support continuous quality improvement and department goals.
