Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Western Ridge Infusion Center to deliver holistic oncology care in an ambulatory setting. You will collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to coordinate treatment plans, educate patients, and ensure timely communication about care plans.

A BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS, and up to 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Up to 1 year clinical nursing experience required.
• Registered Nurse required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family.
• Plans care based on assessment and standards of care; develops goals with patient/family.
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment and educates patients; collaborates with health care team.
• Evaluates plan of care and revises as needed; documents patient responses.
• Administers medications/treatments and monitors effects; uses equipment safely.
