Banner Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Multi-Specialty Oncology Ambulatory in Gilbert, AZ. You will work with physicians and staff to evaluate patients’ health, history and care needs, and help develop individualized treatment plans. The role emphasizes patient experience and collaboration across the oncology team.

The schedule is 4 ten-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. New graduate nurses are guided to explore Nurse Experience opportunities.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in oncology nursing or ambulatory care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs and plan care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities across the health-care team.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely communication with care providers.
• Contribute to evidence-based nursing practice and quality improvement efforts.
