Job summary

The role requires Oncology infusion certification within 1 year of hire, a valid RN license, and BLS. The schedule is Monday through Saturday Days with some on-call Sundays, supporting oncology patients across a full-care continuum.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.
• Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience as a RN in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and plans nursing care.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates with the health care team.
• Delegates appropriately and provides nursing supervision as needed.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plan as needed.
• Documents care and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in professional development.
