Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse in Medical Oncology for its outpatient clinic. Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state.
• BLS certification is required for this role.
• Experience in acute care is preferred and oncology exposure is a plus.
• New Graduate Nurse may be directed to the New Nurse Experience path on the main job page.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and goals with patient and family.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality outcomes.
• Communicate patient status and needs across the health care team.
