Job summary

Confluence Health is seeking an Infusion Therapy Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical and operational pharmacy services across three outpatient locations (Wenatchee, Omak, Moses Lake). You will review oncology regimens, supervise compounding, and ensure safe, cost-effective medication use within the interdisciplinary care team.

The role supports the pharmacy enterprise's vision of improving outcomes and value for patients, with day shifts and varied 8- or 10-hour scheduling.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited school.
• PGY1 residency or equivalent of three years as a licensed pharmacist.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Washington prior to start date.
• BLS within first year of employment, and must be maintained.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective, and cost-effective drug use for patients.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations pertaining to pharmacy practice.
• Provide clinical and financial evaluation of medication selection and delivery.
• Evaluate and supervise outpatient oncology regimens and infusions.
• Supervise sterile compounding and ensure safe medication dispensing.
• Maintain charting systems meeting clinical and fiscal requirements.
• Provide drug information to providers, nurses, and patients.
• Participate in department and organizational performance initiatives.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants.
• Instruct and coach pharmacy staff, students, and residents.
