Job summary

Compass Oncology, part of The US Oncology Network, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our oncology team in the Portland area. The role emphasizes optimizing cancer pharmacotherapy, safety, and efficacy, with leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee patient care plans, coordinate with physicians, and participate in training and policy development. Travel between clinics may be required to support patient care and team needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as registered pharmacist; oncology or another specialty experience preferred.
• Oregon license required; Oregon & Washington licensing preferred.
• BCOP or eligible to complete within 3 years of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical care plans in designated areas, initial patient evals, develop care plans and ensure treatment plan delivery.
• Review patient clinical status and adjust drug therapy as needed in collaboration with clinicians.
• Provide counseling to patients and healthcare professionals on drug therapy and adverse events.
