Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in New Castle, PA is hiring a Regular Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) to work with the New Castle Medical Oncology office. This role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a daylight schedule Monday through Friday as a Treatment/Infusion nurse.

The Professional Staff Nurse provides nursing care with independence, collaborates with physicians and team members, and supports patient education and outcomes across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• RN with PA, OH or NY licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• IV skills preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients in infusion/treatment settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.
• Participate in quality improvement and policy‑driven practice changes.
