Endeavor Health's Niles Infusion Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for oncology infusion. The role involves patient assessment, plan of care development, and collaboration with the care team in a busy infusion setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year RN experience, oncology/infusion preferred, BLS/CPR, and Illinois RN licensure. Per diem scheduling with variable hours and travel to a local infusion center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required; oncology/infusion experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• OCN/ONS certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Illinois RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Provides patient assessment and health data collection with patient, family, and care team.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family and to the care team.
• Educates patient and family on disease management and medications.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Supports wound/ostomy/skin care and infection control as needed.
