The County of Ventura, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the technical and clinical operations of the Oncology Infusion Center pharmacy services, including staffing, inventory, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate has extensive pharmacy experience (preferably Oncology Infusion) in hospital or outpatient settings, with strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Five years of pharmacist experience in inpatient, clinical, or oncology pharmacy practice.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a first line administrative, clinical and technical source for professional and support pharmacy personnel in the provision of pharmacy services which includes ordering, compounding, dispensing, packaging, storing, distributing, monitoring, and controlling of drugs and other pharmaceutical products.
• Develops quality assurance criteria.
• Monitors and evaluates quality of care provided by pharmacy services and reports results to appropriate pharmacy leadership team.
