Valley Medical Center & Clinics in Renton, WA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Infusion and Immunotherapy Center. Reporting to the Director of Cancer Service Line, this role oversees daily operations, staff leadership, and clinical support to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery.

As part of the Cancer Services team, you will partner with physicians and leadership to manage staffing, budgeting, quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and staff

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of oncology or relevant healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum three years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Infusion & Immunotherapy Center.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing and support staff.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with physicians and department leadership to support high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Support budget management, resource utilization, and departmental goals.
• Assist in developing and monitoring quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness efforts.
• Address operational challenges, staff concerns, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative, patient-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
