Job summary

Cancer Care Northwest in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a licensed RN to join our team delivering high-quality cancer care. You will administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy and other infusions under physician supervision, monitor patients, and coordinate care with the treatment team.

This role requires an active RN license, current BCLS certification, experience with oncology medications, and chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Experience with cancer medications and chemotherapy/biotherapy.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification within one year of employment.
• Oncology Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy and other infusions under physician supervision.
• Monitors patient data pre/post infusion, including vitals and labs.
• Assesses changes in patient condition and documents care.
• Manages infusion pumps and documentation of pump usage.
• Provides patient/caregiver instruction on pump use at home.
• Triage patient calls and manage medication refill requests.
• Provide nursing coverage for satellite offices as needed.
