Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; Washington RN license required.
• Minimum two years oncology nursing or five years general nursing experience.
• ONCC certification preferred.
• Outpatient clinic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patients' entry into diagnostic/treatment systems and coordinates care.
• Collaborates with oncology providers and liaises with hospital departments.
• Implements cancer care pathways and conducts risk assessments.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary visits and documents treatment plans.
• Acts as patient advocate and supports clinic care management.
