Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive nursing experience.
• Recent oncology/hematology nursing experience required.
• Leadership experience in nurse management roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Outpatient Infusion department.
• Direct daily infusion center operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff; drive professional growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows.
• Ensure safe administration of chemo/immunotherapy and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive patient safety and satisfaction improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, operating expenses, and capital planning for the department.
