Job summary

LE0005 Associated Medical Professionals of NY, LLC is seeking a Manager of Oncology Operations to provide operational leadership for our oncology service line. You will partner with physicians, APPs, pharmacy, nursing, laboratory, finance, and executive leadership to scale programs that support growth while delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

You will oversee oncology navigation services, IOD, survivorship initiatives, and multidisciplinary tumor board activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Experience in oncology operations, specialty pharmacy, patient navigation, or ambulatory healthcare preferred.
Strong financial, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the oncology service line through strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement.
Oversee oncology navigation programs and In-Office Dispensing (IOD).
Ensure regulatory oversight and cross-functional collaboration with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and finance.
Lead survivorship initiatives, tumor board activities, and community partnerships.
Develop scalable programs to support growth and improve patient outcomes.
