Qualifications

• 10+ years of global clinical research experience, including hands-on delivery.
• Proven track record in operational delivery or drug development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of therapeutic strategy and delivery plans across oncology projects.
• Collaborate with BD, TA leads, and cross-functional teams to secure new business.
• Contribute to budget development and pricing strategy for trial programs.
• Mentor project leaders and guide teams through project handovers to clients.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, bid defenses, and partnerships.
