GSK is seeking an Oncology Forecasting Manager to lead US Forecast development for launching assets and ongoing in-line products. You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Supply Chain to build robust forecast models and communicate assumptions to senior leadership.

In this role, you will be providing forecasting support for in-line and launching products in the Oncology Business Unit. This role will have high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with cross functional partners including Finance, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Supply Chain and other functions, and report to Director, Oncology Forecasting. This role requires strong methodological and conceptual skills, attention to detail, and proactive and effective stakeholder management. This role will provide you the opportunity to build your expertise in forecasting, commercial insights, and pharmaceutical business acumen to progress your career.
The Oncology Forecasting Manager role will work along-side multiple teams, and requires strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills, in addition to a combination of strong technical quantitative and qualitative competences in order to effectively communicate forecasting assumptions and modeling characteristics. If you are based in Cambridge, MA; Waltham, MA; Rockville, MD; or San Francisco, CA, the annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges $141,075 to $235,125. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
