Job summary

Syneos Health in Chattanooga seeks an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on essential eye exams for cancer patients and to partner with Hem/Oncology teams to align REMS and FDA guidance. This role focuses on training and empowering HCPs to communicate results effectively and support patient care.

You will develop tailored training materials, collaborate with Oncology Account Managers, and contribute to care coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in eye care or related field.
• 3+ years in optometry/ophthalmology or nursing with oncology focus.
• Alternatively, 1–3 years direct clinical oncology experience with oncology education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) on essential eye exams for patients and communicate results to patients and Hem/Oncology teams.
• Deliver tailored educational materials that equip Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with understanding of patient care procedures.
• Collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical team to ensure clear communication of product-related information, including REMS details, per FDA guidance.
• Support care coordination as needed.
