Amgen is seeking a District Sales Manager in Oncology for the Northeast U.S. You will act as the liaison to medical professionals, sharing clinical knowledge of Amgen products and leading district teams to drive sales and patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with district and cross-functional teams, hire and develop field staff, and ensure compliance with training and performance reviews. A strong leadership presence and oncology experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Doctorate or Masters/ Bachelor’s level with extensive Sales/Marketing experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience required.
• Oncology or specialty sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead district teams to achieve sales and budget targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance and other units.
• Recruit and hire sales representatives meeting criteria.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
