Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Account Executive to drive awareness and adoption of MI Clarity, an AI-powered prognostic assay for breast cancer. You will educate healthcare providers, discuss risk stratification and treatment planning, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations.

The role requires building relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and care team members, with travel within the territory and a focus on clinical integration of the assay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (life sciences/healthcare preferred).
• 3+ years sales in oncology/diagnostics/molecular testing/pathology/medical device/pharmaceuticals.
• Strong breast cancer treatment pathway knowledge; relationship-building ability.
• Excellent presentation/communication/consultative selling; interpret and communicate clinical data.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on MI Clarity's clinical utility and evidence; present data and validation studies, including differentiation from traditional assays.
• Lead in-person/virtual consultative discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, and extended endocrine therapy to reduce overtreatment/undertreatment.
• Position MI Clarity as clinical decision-support; address performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and interpretation.
• Develop territory/account plans; build relationships with oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, nurse navigators, and health system stakeholders.
• Identify key opinion leaders/champions; support testing workflow and operational integration.
• Analyze performance/usage trends; forecast and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support) and ensure compliant clinical/promotional communications.
