Job summary

Texas Oncology in Austin, TX, seeks a Data Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role supports the South Austin location, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedules, no weekends, call, or major holidays.

Under general supervision, you will collect, coordinate, process, and quality-control clinical trial data, work with clinical staff to meet data-entry timelines, and ensure compliance with SOPs and GCP. The role offers a pathway for Level 1, 2, or Sr based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree strongly desired; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-3 Years work experience.
• Some medical office experience required; preferably oncology.
• Level 2/ Sr considerations may apply based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for patient visits and ensure timely data submission.
• Utilize clinical trial management systems to access forms and maintain patient reporting and tracking.
• Participate in sponsor monitoring and auditing visits, ensuring data and queries are addressed.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining research supplies and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Assist with collecting and processing specimens, imaging documents, and other research items.
