Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Data Coordinator for the South Austin location. This full-time role supports data collection, processing, and quality control of clinical trial data under SOPs and HIPAA guidelines. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, call, or major holidays.

The role may be classified at Level 1, 2, or Sr based on experience. Candidates gain oncology research exposure in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience in a clinical or medical setting preferred.
• HIPAA and research privacy familiarity.
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for patient visits.
• Maintain and organize research records with confidentiality.
• Participate in sponsor monitoring and audits, ensuring data quality.
• Assist with ordering supplies and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Support collection of specimens and imaging documents for research.
