Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Data Coordinator to join the South Austin location. This full-time role follows a 8:30am-5pm schedule with no weekends or major holidays.

You will coordinate, process, and ensure quality of clinical trial data under USOR SOPs and GCP principles, collaborating with clinical staff to meet data-entry timelines. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree strongly desired; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-3 Years work experience.
• Some medical office experience required; preferably oncology.
• Level 2 requires 3+ years medical office experience and data coordination background.
• Level Sr requires 7+ years data coordination in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain research records confidentially and in compliance with HIPAA and SOPs.
• Assist with sponsor monitoring and auditing visits and data queries.
• Assist with ordering supplies and scheduling follow-up appointments to maintain protocol.
• Collect and process specimens and imaging documents for research purposes.
