Texas Oncology is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the South Austin location. This full-time role involves data collection, coordination, processing and quality control of clinical trial data under USOR SOPs and GCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a background in medical office work, oncology experience preferred, and is capable of supporting data entry timelines while ensuring data integrity in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical trial data entry and timelines.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for all patient visits.
• Resolve data queries with clinical staff and management.
• Maintain research records confidentially per sponsor agreements and regulations.
• Assist with scheduling patient follow-ups and research supplies.
• Support specimens and imaging data collection for research.
