START Center for Cancer Research in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CTMS Entry Coordinator to assist Clinical Research Coordinators with data entry, query resolution, and study documentation. You will handle de-identification, data transmission, and protocol-based tasks in a fast-paced oncology research environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of research administrative experience, with strong organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of research administrative experience.
• Familiarity with general office procedures and computer applications.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and timeliness.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect, de-identify, enter and transmit data for CRFs and related files.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Research Coordinator to ensure accuracy of timepoints and queries.
• Contact patients for follow-up per protocol.
• Assist with setup and formatting of study documents per protocol.
• Assist CTMS upkeep including visits, SAEs, and deviations.
• Ensure data transmissions remain current for studies.
• Provide support to onsite and remote monitors as needed.
• Comply with regulations and procedures for data loading and EDC.
• Attend study meetings and communicate with AR staff as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
