Job summary

House Rx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager with oncology expertise to lead customer initiatives across success, pharmacy operations, and financial growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in program management or a similar role.
• Experience/knowledge of the pharmacy space is required; oncology experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Success initiatives by building strong relationships with dispensers, clinic staff, financial personnel, providers, and executives.
• Oversee operations, proactively monitor channels and documentation, and aim for zero emergent escalations.
• Oversee program profitability and growth: analyze ROI, present findings, and drive revenue initiatives.
• Conduct bi-weekly operational reviews with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and execution.
