Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of clinical-related experience including 6 months in monitoring, with strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, with at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Knowledge of local regulatory/ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable policies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and organize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience leveraging technology and site engagement tools to support study execution.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for investigative sites, ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Aligns and trains site staff and principal investigators on trial goals.
• Conducts site evaluation, training, and monitoring per protocol and plans.
• Customizes site engagement strategy and reports progress using CRM tools.
• Connects study protocol with day-to-day trial execution and patient recruitment.
• Mentors/ trains less experienced CRAs and participates in task forces as needed.
• Monitors site risk signals with Central Monitoring to mitigate issues.
• Ensures data quality and audit readiness, including investigator payments where applicable.
