Job summary

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for investigative sites; provide contextual information on clinical trials and connect stakeholders to sites.
• Aligns and trains site staff and principal investigator on trial goals, protocol, and patient treatment principles.
• Conducts site evaluation, training, monitoring and site closure activities with compliance to GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs.
• Develops site engagement strategies using CRM to report progress and measure impact.
• Relates study protocol and scientific principles to day-to-day trial execution; supports recruitment and protocol compliance.
• Mentors CRAs and may participate in global/local task forces; performs duties as assigned by manager.
• Proactively conducts risk assessments with Central Monitoring to detect performance or patient safety issues.
• Implements preventative and corrective actions to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Identifies and evaluates new investigators/sites to support planned studies.
• Ensures data quality and timely reporting; manages investigator payments and audit readiness.
