Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Research Monitor to advance AbbVie's pipeline through effective site engagement and data integrity. You will partner with investigators and site staff to drive trial excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities include training site personnel, monitoring progress, and leveraging CRM tools to optimize patient recruitment and study performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinically related experience, with at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring, on-site and off-site monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of local regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP guidelines, and applicable policies.
• Ability to mentor and train less experienced CRAs and collaborate with global/local teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and maintain strong site partnerships.
• Align and train site staff and investigators on trial goals, protocol, and patient treatment principles.
• Perform site evaluation, training, monitoring and closure activities per protocol and SOPs.
• Utilize site engagement tools and CRM to report progress and measure impact.
