Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of clinically related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring, on-site and off-site monitoring.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP Guidelines.

• Primary contact for investigative site, providing context on trials and engaging stakeholders.
• Aligns and trains site staff and principal investigators on trial goals and patient care principles.
• Conducts site evaluation, training, routine monitoring, and site closure activities per protocol and plans.
• Develops site engagement strategies and uses CRM tools to track progress and impact.
• Ensures recruitment and retention strategies align with patient journey and protocol compliance.
• Mentor and train junior CRAs and participate in task forces as assigned.
