Qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health related disciplines.
• Clinical research coordinating or data management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to use technology and critical thinking to address site issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and guide stakeholders.
• Coach site staff and investigators on trial goals, protocol, and patient treatment principles.
• Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring, and closure activities per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Develop site engagement strategies and report progress using CRM tools.
• Support patient recruitment and retention through strategy and protocol understanding.
• Ensure data quality and timely reporting of safety events by site personnel.
• Prepare for audit and regulatory inspections at assigned sites.
