Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting an Immunology Learning Portfolio Partner in Horsham, PA. This role focuses on translating complex scientific developments into practical learning experiences for field medical and commercial teams.

You will lead disease-state and product curricula, onboard new field staff, and deliver a blend of instructional methods to accelerate readiness and scientific exchange across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field (BA/BS or equivalent) — Preferred Advanced Degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in field medical or commercial field teams; Immunology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Immunology subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and performance improvement opportunities
• Serve as a trusted learning consultant translating scientific, clinical, and business developments into clear learning experiences
• Lead development and evolution of disease-state, product, and scientific engagement curricula for field medical and commercial teams
• Implement onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and speed-to-impact for field medical teams
• Deliver engaging learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, experiential, social, and self-directed formats
• Support time-sensitive business and leadership requests including updates and launch support across JJIM portfolios
• Promote team effectiveness through knowledge sharing, onboarding, and collaboration across JJIM portfolios
• Manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder communication
