Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated track record in field medical or commercial field teams.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience within Immunology (GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and/or Autoantibody).
• Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI.

Responsabilités

• Identify capability gaps and emerging learning needs for Immunology field teams.
• Translate scientific, clinical, and business developments into practical learning experiences.
• Lead development and evolution of disease-state, product, and competitive readiness curricula.
• Implement onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and impact for commercial initiatives.
• Deliver blended learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, experiential, and self-directed formats.
• Support timely business requests and alignment across JJIM commercial initiatives.
