This three-year rotation fast-tracks leaders for oncology leadership roles.

Qualifications

MBA graduation between now and two years after program start is required.
Demonstrated academic excellence with proven progression in responsibility.
3–6 years pre-MBA work experience with increasing scope or impact.

Responsibilities

Lead opportunity assessments, channel leadership, messaging, and launch/lifecycle planning.
Develop operational plans and provide market access insights to key customers.
Collaborate with Commercial leadership to solve data challenges and advance insights capabilities.
Contribute to Strategy and Analytics initiatives to shape the oncology portfolio.
