Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey seeks a high-potential MBA student for the Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship. This three-year rotational program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, with potential for a full-time offer after completion.

Interns interview onsite in Princeton, NJ in 2027 and explore multiple commercial functions across the company. Interns will tackle impactful projects, work with Commercial leaders, and receive formal mentorship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MBA program, graduating Spring 2028.
• Authorized to work in the US for duration of internship.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience (healthcare/biopharma preferred).
• Experience in marketing, sales or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in student, community or professional groups.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to challenging assignments across marketing, sales and analytics.
• Develop and launch promotional materials and brand strategy.
• Translate data insights into patient education resources.
• Participate in mentorship programs and senior leader speaker series.
