Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Bedford, Grapevine, and Keller locations. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with no weekends, calls, or major holidays. Levels 1/2/Sr will be determined by experience.

As a CMA, you will assist physicians, record patient data, prepare rooms, manage orders, and support clerical tasks while upholding compliance. The team offers strong benefits and LTIP opportunities to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of MA/nursing assistant experience for Level 1.
• BCLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred for Level 2.
• CPR certification required for Level Sr.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and treatment areas.
• Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.
• Obtain patient records prior to treatment.
• Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures.
• Maintain exam/treatment room disinfection protocols.
• Answer patient calls and refer as directed by physicians.
• Enter orders under a provider's direction.
