Highlands Oncology seeks a Research Advanced Practice Provider to lead patient assessment and manage clinical care in outpatient oncology research trials. You will interact closely with physicians and study teams to ensure ethical, competent care and adherence to protocol requirements.

Qualifications

• One or more years of oncology experience.
• Graduate from an accredited institution with appropriate Arkansas licensure.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to research patients.
• Promptly manage acute symptoms related to disease or treatment.
• Oversee research regimens and related orders as needed.
• Review laboratory values and diagnostics.
• Attend investigator/sponsor meetings and review SAEs.
• Participate in safety reviews and study oversight.
• Collaborate with physicians and investigators.
• Instruct patients and families on treatment plans.
• Maintain licensure and participate in required trainings.
• Perform procedures after appropriate training as applicable.
