Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (RN/PA) to deliver high-quality oncology care within a community-based setting in Nashville. You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients, collaborate with physicians, and support eligibility screening for clinical trials.

The role emphasizes patient education, coordination of multidisciplinary care, and on-call availability to support clinic needs. Prior oncology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN or PA licensed in Tennessee required.
• Master's degree in nursing or PA certification required.
• National APP certification (ANCC/AANP) required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and psychosocial status of patients.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; manage cancer treatment and symptoms.
• Identify trial-eligible patients and coordinate care with physicians.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• On-call coverage as needed.
