Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse.
• 4–6 years of related management experience preferred.
• CCRP certification after two years of research experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the research department to ensure an efficient and effective department.
• Supervise staff members and act as backup when necessary.
• Assess employee performance and coordinate department meetings.
• Oversee quality assurance for the department.
• Monitor staff work/patient flow between departments.
