Qualifications

• RN licensed with oncology experience of 2+ years.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification within 3 months of hire.
• OCN or ONCC certification within 12 months; CE credits if waived.
• BLS certification at hire or within 3 months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist manager with staffing assessments.
• Ensure smooth clinic and infusion suite operations.
• Maintain drug inventory at appropriate levels.
• Support clinicians with procedures and patient care.
• Mentor clinical staff and participate in education.
• Review EMR documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to assign staff and update daily huddle.
