Job summary

Medix seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) based in Colorado to support trial operations across a site network. You will drive patient screening, care coordination, and regulatory compliance for complex oncology studies.

Responsibilities include screening patients, educating them, obtaining informed consent, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely protocol adherence. On-site, full-time role with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of clinical research experience, with some direct involvement in oncology trials.
• Ability to pivot quickly when unscheduled tasks arise.
• Independent consent of patients and IP accountability experience.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients post-physician visit to determine trial eligibility.
• Coordinate patient education and informed consent processes across site network.
• Manage workload (~20 patients, 2–10 per week) and up to 90 active site studies.
• Coordinate with Imaging, Labs, and Radiology to align protocol-required procedures.
• Administer oral Investigational Product (IP) and manage IP accountability and shipping.
