Job summary

Maryland Oncology Hematology seeks a mid-level CRC II to coordinate and support clinical trials across our sites. You will screen, consent, enroll participants, and ensure protocol compliance while maintaining regulatory documents in collaboration with physicians.

This role also involves data collection, reporting, and training clinic staff to uphold quality and compliance within US Oncology SOPs and GCP guidelines. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a clinical or scientific discipline required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a clinical or scientific field required.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens potential participants for protocol eligibility and enrolls participants into clinical trials.
• Coordinates participant care in compliance with protocol requirements and maintains records.
• Reviews participants for changes in condition, adverse events, and concomitant medications; documents findings.
• Prepares study-related documentation, including protocol worksheets and adverse event reports.
• Maintains regulatory documents and coordinates monitoring/auditing visits; supports study leadership.
• Participates in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
