There will be some local travel required for this role and benefits are offered after 30 days. Previous experience in Oncology is required- this is a great opportunity for a Coordinator who is looking to move away from patient facing work and focus on study start up/Project Management support. Responsibilities This is a consultant-style role focused on scaling site operations, standardizing processes, and reopening the site for enrollment. The specialist will serve as a proactive backfill to ensure site stability and growth. • Process Optimization: Create, implement, and ensure adherence to SOPs to improve site quality and compliance. • Site Scaling: Upscale the site by managing open enrollment and correcting legacy operational issues. • Consultancy: Act as a subject matter expert to mentor existing staff and ensure they are fully functional.
