Medix seeks a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join a dynamic clinical research team. You will lead and support multiple Phase II-IV trials across adult and pediatric populations, handling day-to-day trial operations autonomously and ensuring high-quality data and participant safety.

This role offers growth opportunities and requires at least 1 year of CRC experience, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial site operations, the drug development process, and GCP/ICH regulatory standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage a diverse range of study participants.
• Growth mindset with ability to problem-solve independently and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate medium-to-high complexity clinical research studies from SQV/SIV to close-out as the primary CRC.
• Drive patient recruitment strategies and complete the full informed consent process.
• Schedule patient visits and collect comprehensive medical histories.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing while ensuring participant safety and reporting adverse events.
• Collect, manage, and enter data into EDC systems, resolve queries, maintain source documentation.
• Provide regulatory support ensuring compliance with IRB protocols, GCP/ICH guidelines, and SOPs.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians and teams, oversee Research Assistants, and mentor junior staff.
• Track and manage study inventory including investigational products and lab kits.
• Assist with special projects and travel to secondary clinic locations as needed.
