Job summary

Mercy Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, including patient recruitment, study coordination, data collection, and regulatory compliance. This onsite role collaborates with physicians, nurses, staff, and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence.

The CRC will train staff, maintain study documentation and inventories, and support sponsor communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of clinical, medical, biotechnology, laboratory, or related experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR.
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study activities from start-up through completion and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Screen, enroll, consent, and educate research participants; monitor safety.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate research data and study records; ensure compliance with ICH/GCP.
• Serve as a liaison between Mercy Research, sponsors, CROs, physicians, and staff; mentor team members.
